Steamboat at The Bowls

The Bowls is a great restaurant run by Musro Nightclub at the Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel in Kuta, serving guests Asian Steamboat as well as Barbeque style cuisine. Steamboat dishes are very popular in Japan and throughout Asia: Diners choose from an array of raw and marinated ingredients and dip them into a simmering stock. The food is laid out buffet style – go down and you’ll find yourself confronted by a vista of fresh and colorful food, your nose tantalized by all those fragrant herbs and spices.
