The Ritz Carlton opened its doors to the Bali Party Elite last week with an amazing evening of mirth and merriment. It’s always risky to invite the elite anywhere but mixed with copious amounts of booze and food you’d have to be wondering why they would want to do it. We asked the boss, David Wilson ???? the GM of the hotel, what it was all about and he said, “We just wanted to welcome the local people to the all new Ritz. We have new restaurants, new villas and we just wanted to show it off for a one night spectacular.” And spectacular it was, with loads of entertainment, top shelf liquor and succulent food.” What a fantastic way to start the summer season and as many said of the night, it was one of the biggest and best parties ever held in Bali.Now, that’s going to be a hard one to beat.
