SUMMER FUN PARTY BINTANG AT CENTERSTAGE BINTANG

Last Friday night, Centerstage was packed with fun lovin’ revellers for three hours of non-stop, kickass entertainment at the ‘Bintang Summer Fun Party’. The Bintang, best served with friends, flowed almost as fast as the action, as punters were treated to four dynamic sets of live music from resident band, Siluet, interspersed with beach babes, Bintang summer girls, caged dancers, sexy fashion shows, sparkling body grinders, fire dancers and grotesque stilted specimens.

Siluet are from south Sulawesi, the band has been together for 15 years, and each member has been part of the success story from the very beginning. They have fulfilled contracts in Seoul and Pattaya, and so it is not surprising that they have gained the coveted reputation of being, arguably, the best professional cover band in Bali. Their musical ability and vocal skills are immediately obvious, they know exactly how to rouse the crowd with their huge repertoire of old songs, new songs, rock, pop, funk and reggae, from artists such as Red Hot Chili Peppers, Guns ’n Roses, Lenny Kravitz, Linkin Park, Maroon 5, and Jet. Each number is delivered with perfect timing, relaxed confidence and wild stage antics. They have the ability to sound just like the original artists and their fans just love ‘em!As the partygoers were indulged with their favourite songs, sexy dancers bopped on the bar, beach babes boogied under boogie boards, a Tequila-wielding incredible hulk intimidated his victims, a glitzy gargantuan jester’s codpiece aroused the girls, and two fashion shows, featuring tantalising bikinis and a luscious lingerie collection, titillated the men. The party finished with ‘The Inferno’, a spectacular fire dance show, including the dangerously hot, ‘Sparkling Body Grinders’.
If you’ve not yet seen Siluet in action, hurry on down to Centerstage because the boys will very soon be departing for Malaysia on a two-month contract with Hard Rock Café in KL. The good news is that they will be returning to Hard Rock Bali in December.
