Dejavu One to remember

dejavu celebrates
one year at the top

Dejavu has achieved a lot over the last year. For a start, it boldly stepped up and said ‘there can be more to Seminyak nightlife than Dhyana Pura and the Oberoi big boys’.

The long held perception that Double Six beach was last stop on the night train was shattered in one fell swoop as bar flies rejoiced in the novel sense of space – the expansive interior, veranda and a panoramic view of sand, sea and sky. And vibe wise it rocked as good as anything DP had to offer…Dejavu may well have triggered a new beachfront bar movement on the Blue Ocean strip.

So last Thursday night, 22nd July was the first anniversary and a throng of invited guests were getting into that unmistakable Dejavu groove.

Why is it everyone suddenly gets really overexcited in there? By 2am, all and sundry were dropping in and sparks were flying as the Orange crew worked their grinders while the regular DJs, plus Georgia who’s here for the season, dropped those beloved progressive beats. Luvverly.
